Identity Verification and KYC

  1. To maintain a secure environment for our users, we are required by law to perform Know-Your-Customer (KYC) checks on Users.
  2. We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation from any user at any time.

Account Accuracy Obligations

  1. You must ensure that all account information is accurate and up-to-date.
  2. Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information may result in permanent account closure, termination of all associated benefits, and/or other consequences as determined by William Hill Bingo.

Account Security Responsibilities

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
  2. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of your account.
  3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account if we believe there has been a security breach.

Login Credentials and Password Protection

  2. You must not share, transmit, or otherwise compromise your login credentials with any other User or unauthorized third party.
  3. We reserve the right to request new passwords if we believe there has been a security breach.

Restricted Behavior and Prohibited Activities

  1. Engaging in behavior that compromises our Platform's integrity is strictly prohibited (e.g., hacking, cheating, using automation tools).
  2. Participating in activities that promote or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, and/or other illicit practices.
  3. Any prohibited activity will result in permanent account closure, termination of all associated benefits, and/or other consequences as determined by William Hill Bingo.

Multi-Accounting and Fraud Prevention

  1. Engaging in the practice of holding multiple accounts to exploit promotions or bonuses is strictly forbidden.
  2. Creating new accounts to circumvent restrictions on current ones may also result in permanent account closure, termination of all associated benefits, and/or other consequences as determined by William Hill Bingo.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

  1. Bonus offers are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  2. By participating in promotions or bonuses, You acknowledge that these Terms apply equally to bonus activities.
  3. Attempting to exploit a promotion may result in permanent account closure, termination of all associated benefits, and/or other consequences as determined by William Hill Bingo.

Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

  1. The Platform operates with provably fair gaming software (RNG) to ensure accurate outcomes for games.
  2. Any disputes regarding gameplay or outcomes are subject to review under these Terms.
  3. Attempting to influence the outcome of any game may result in permanent account closure, termination of all associated benefits, and/or other consequences as determined by William Hill Bingo.

Bonus Abuse Prevention

  1. We reserve the right to withhold bonuses from accounts deemed abusive under our Anti-Bonus Abusers program (AABB).
  2. Participating in activities that manipulate or exploit promotions is strictly forbidden.
  3. Attempting to evade or circumvent restrictions on account activity may result in permanent account closure, termination of all associated benefits, and/or other consequences as determined by William Hill Bingo.

Deposits and Withdrawals

  1. We reserve the right to request identification or proof-of-age documentation from any User prior to processing withdrawals.
  2. Depositing funds using credit cards is subject to a minimum amount requirement (min: 50).
  3. Requesting a withdrawal while an account has pending balance will be met with the option of withdrawing via bank transfer only.

Verification Before Withdrawals

  1. Upon request, we require Users to provide identification or proof-of-age documentation before processing withdrawals.
  2. Failing to comply may result in delayed payment for your winnings and/or permanent account closure as determined by William Hill Bingo.

Processing and Review Procedures

  1. Requests for withdrawals are subject to verification procedures (name, address, date of birth).
  2. Rejected requests for withdrawals will include the reason why they were denied.
  3. Upon successful processing, a withdrawal notification will be sent via email within 24 hours.

Responsible Gambling Expectations

  1. William Hill Bingo takes responsible gaming very seriously and reserves the right to request evidence from Users that their accounts are being used in accordance with these Terms.

Self-Exclusion and Account Restrictions

  1. If you feel like your gambling habits have become problematic, please use our self-exclusion tool on the website or contact support.
  2. Accounts restricted for excessive gaming will not be able to play any games until they can re-register their account in full compliance with these Terms.

Game Fairness and RNG Systems

  1. The Platform operates using a provably fair Random Number Generator (RNG) algorithm, as outlined by the rules of our license holders.
  2. Our systems are audited regularly to ensure integrity in gameplay outcomes.
  3. Any disputes regarding gameplay or outcomes may be reviewed under these Terms.

Technical Interruptions or Voided Gameplay

  1. We reserve the right to suspend, delay or cancel games due to technical issues (system downtime, server errors etc.)
  2. When such disruptions occur we will strive to maintain gaming continuity whenever possible and reasonable in scope.
  3. If a game is interrupted our system ensures fairness by randomly determining its outcome.

Suspension or Closure of Accounts

  1. William Hill Bingo reserves the right to close your account permanently at any time for reasons determined by us, without prior notice.

Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership

  1. The content on this website (including software code) is owned exclusively by William Hill Bingo.
  2. Any unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, or transmission of our property will result in termination under these Terms.
  3. Intellectual Property Rights are retained solely to the platform's Operator who reserves all rights thereto.

Limitation of Liability

  1. To the extent allowed by law, we exclude any liability for any damages resulting from use of this website (including loss of earnings) except in respect of death or personal injury directly caused by our negligence.
  2. William Hill Bingo will not be responsible for your reliance on advice given via phone, e-mail or otherwise unless explicitly written down and agreed upon.

Modification of Terms

  1. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.
